Refund Policy

At Aura Portrait Institute, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair business relationship with all our prospective students. Please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Withdrawal Before Course Start

Students who officially request withdrawal in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to the first scheduled class session are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition fees paid, minus a registration administration fee of $100.

2. Late Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests made less than 14 days before the class start date, or after classes have commenced, are not eligible for direct cash refunds. In these instances, the school may offer studio credits or class deferral options to future cohorts at its discretion.

3. How to Request a Deferral or Refund

All refund and deferral requests must be submitted in writing to our registrar office at [email protected]. Please include your full name, student ID, and receipt details.
